Overall water use for the summer of 2010 has been near or below average as temperatures have stayed below average as well. For one of the few times this summer, water production for last week (August 23-29) exceeded that for the same week in 2009. 2010 production averaged 33.2 million gallons per day; in 2009 it was 32.3 million gallons.
